Are there special handling requirements?
Yes, the prints come covered with a clear poly sheet. This should remain in place until you frame your piece. The lightfastness of the pigments is exceptionally well, but the surface, unlike an oil painting, is very fragile. Any physical rubbing in the dark areas will damage the print. The ink waterdroplets are like watercolor and can be damaged when touched. It is better to handle with clean, dry hands using gloves (cotton) if you must handle the print outside of the packaging foam core and crystal clear poly wrap. Hold the print by the outside edge and back, do not handle the printed surface.
What if I don't like what I receive?
Just ship the print back in its original box (this will protect the print) for a prompt refund of your purchase price. Lets face it, the monitor you view the art work on has many different settings that effect color. If your not satisfied, send it back. We understand. I would rather you be excited and happy over your purchase of my art. You are more likely to show it to your friends and neighbors when you are happy with it. So please, send it back for a refund or an exchange if you see a better piece.
Do you offer matted and framed prints?
Not yet. If there is a great demand, sure. With the many choices one has with matting and framing, its always easier to make those decisions with the art work in your hand at the frame shop. Most framers are experts at matching the color scheme of your decor and the art work into a blend of beautiful-ness.
